Abstract  Abstract

METHOD FOR COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PROGRAMMING OF SUPERIOR DATA TRANSMISSIONS, MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, STATION BASED ON A MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK COMMUNICATION NETWORK COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS INFORMATION RELATED TO TOP LINK DATA TRANSMISSIONS PROGRAMMING The invention relates to a method for communicating information relating to the programming of top link data transmissions to a mobile terminal that transmits data on the link above a plurality of base stations during the smooth exchange of the mobile terminal in a mobile communication system. In addition, at least one base station of said plurality of base stations program the mobile terminal upper link data transmissions in the smooth exchange. Different embodiments of the invention feature a communication system, a radio resource controller, a base station and a mobile terminal that can perform tasks other than the method described. For a method that reduces the impact of upper link transmissions during smooth exchange on rising thermal noise, it is suggested that all base stations communicate with the mobile terminal during smooth exchange with information on the maximum amount of resources allocated. to the mobile terminal for upper link transmissions, thereby allowing base stations to program another terminal taking this information into account.
