Abstract
In one example, an apparatus for encoding video data determines a value of a coded subblock flag for one or more adjacent subblocks for a current subblock, and based on the value of the coded subblock flag A video coder configured to determine a context for encoding the transform coefficients of the sub-block and to entropy code the transform coefficients using the determined context.
