Abstract
In one example, a device for coding video data determines whether a transform coefficient of a video block is a DC transform coefficient and, if the transform coefficient is determined to be a DC transform coefficient of the video block, And a video coder configured to determine a context for coding the transform coefficients based on the transform coefficients that are DC coefficients, and entropy-code the transform coefficients using the determined context.
