FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: method of decoding video data where values for encoded subunits flags of one or more adjacent subunits are determined relative to current subunit wherein each of flags encoded subunits is whether corresponding one of adjacent subunits; determined that coded flag subblock current subunit specifies that current subunit encoded; values are used for flags encoded subunits adjacent subunits for determining context for entropy decoding of one or more syntax elements of a separate conversion coefficient of current subblock; and entropy decoding one or more syntax elements of a separate conversion coefficient using determined context.EFFECT: reduced requirements to bandwidth consumption.52 cl 23 dwg
