Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a small calculation amount to estimate a linear-predictive synthesis filter with an internal sampling frequency converted.SOLUTION: A linear predictive coefficient converting device converts a first linear predictive coefficient calculated from a first sampling frequency into a second linear predictive coefficient of a second sampling frequency different from the first sampling frequency, and comprises: means of calculating a power spectrum corresponding to the second linear predictive coefficient in the second sampling frequency on a real axis of a unit circle, on the basis of the first linear predictive coefficient or its equivalent parameter; means of calculating an autocorrelation coefficient from the power spectrum on the real axis of the unit circle; and means of converting the autocorrelation coefficient into the second linear predictive coefficient of the second sampling frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
