Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit reception quality information having a large information volume from a mobile station device even when uplink data are not present between the mobile station device and a base station device.

SOLUTION: In this mobile communication system the mobile station device B transmits reception quality information showing quality of a signal received from the base station device A to the base station device A the base station device A transmits an uplink data transmission permission signal to the mobile station device B by including information directing transmission of reception quality information without being accompanied by uplink data; and the mobile station device B transmits the reception quality information to the base station device A without being accompanied by uplink data when the information directing the transmission of the reception quality information without being accompanied by the uplink data is included in the transmission permission signal. When it is necessary to transmit ACK or NACK to downlink data then the reception quality information and the ACK or NACK are transmitted to the base station device A without being accompanied by the uplink data.
