Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit reception quality information having a large information volume from a mobile station device even when upstream link data are not present.

SOLUTION: This base station device transmits to this mobile station device information by including in an upstream link data transmission permission signal first information permitting transmission of reception quality information along with upstream link data or second information permitting transmission of the reception quality information without being accompanied by the upstream link data. The mobile station device transmits to the base station device reception quality information along with the upstream link data by using an upstream link sharing data channel when the first information is included in the upstream link data transmission permission signal and transmits the reception quality information without being accompanied by the upstream link data by using the upstream link sharing data channel when the second information is included.
