PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient scheduling between a base station apparatus and a mobile station apparatus.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system in which a mobile station apparatus transmits reception quality information to a base station apparatus using an uplink shared data channel assigned by an uplink data transmission permission signal. The base station apparatus transmits the uplink data transmission permission signal to the mobile station apparatus while including therein first information permitting transmission of reception quality information with uplink data or second information permitting transmission of reception quality information without uplink data; and the mobile station apparatus transmits reception quality information with uplink data if the first information is included in the uplink data transmission permission signal to the base station apparatus by using the uplink shared data channel or transmits reception quality information without uplink data if the second information is included in the uplink data transmission permission signal to the base station apparatus by using the uplink shared data channel.
