Abstract  Abstract

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Embodiments of the present disclosure describe an apparatus, method, computer readable medium, and system configuration for transmission point indication in a base station collaborative communication system. The user equipment (UE) may receive a common reference signal (CRS) parameter associated with an individual base station of the CoMP measurement set. The UE may also receive a transmission point index corresponding to the first base station of the scheduled CoMP measurement aggregation for communication with the UE. The mapping module of the UE may generate a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) mapping pattern based on the CRS parameters associated with the scheduled base station.
