Abstract
1. The method performed by the first device (122) in the medium (100) of high-speed downlink packet access, characterized in that generating a frame (600) for allocating capacity of a high-speed downlink shared channel that includes a value (630), representing the number of octets of the packet data modules that the second device (124) is allowed to transmit during an interval of a high speed downlink shared channel; transmitting the high-speed downlink shared channel capacity distribution control frame (600) to the second device (124) .2. The method of claim 1, wherein the high-speed downlink shared channel capacity distribution control frame (600) further includes a first information element (640) that stores a time interval during which the second device is allowed to use this number of packet module octets data. 3. The method of claim 2, wherein the frame for controlling the capacity distribution of the high speed downlink shared channel further includes a second information element (650) that stores a value indicating the number of subsequent slots during which the second device is allowed to use said number of module octets packet data. 4. A device, characterized in that it comprises a processing system (230) adapted to generate a frame (600) for controlling the distribution of the capacitance of a high-speed downlink shared channel
