Abstract  Abstract

it can flexibly adapt to the state of the mobile station or the actual transmitting step change it can effectively use communication resources according to the EUTRA standard a mobile station and between base stations of the new uplink connection processing. as a random access channel (RACH) the synchronous RACH in preparing 2 channel non-synchronous RACH at the same time. The mobile station has no time synchronization or whether a resource is allocated according to the differentiated state of the mobile station depending on each case appropriately selected synchronous RACH/uplink asynchronous RACH/uplink uplink shared control channel (USCCH) for connection processing.

(PROBLEMS) To realize a new uplink connection process between a mobile station and a base station based on the EUTRA standard and capable of flexibility coping with a condition of the mobile station and actual transmission procedure variations and effectively using communication resources. (MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS) Two types of random access channel (RACH) are prepared: a synchronous RACH and an asynchronous RACH. The mobile station conditions are classified into cases according to the presence/absence of the temporal synchronization and presence/absence of resource allocation in the mobile station. According to each of the cases any one of the synchronous RACH the asynchronous RACH and the uplink common control channel (USCCH) is adaptively selected to perform the connection process.
