Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a new uplink connection process between a mobile station and a base station based on the EUTRA standard to flexibly cope with a condition of the mobile station and actual transmission procedure variations and also effectively use communication resources.

SOLUTION: The mobile station: acquires correction information for correcting a deviation of transmission timing of an uplink from the base station; corrects the deviation of the transmission timing on the basis of the correction information; and when the correction information is valid if the communication resource of a channel other than a random access channel including a guard time is not allocated as the channel used for requesting the allocation information of the communication resource of the transmission data to the base station from the base station requests allocation information of the transmission data to the base station from the base station by using the random access channel including the guard time.
