Wireless transmit / receive unit (WTRU) to multimedia broadcasts / multimedia services (MBMS) for receiving a plurality of transmission sources at different times said plurality of transmission sources sends the MBMS data in a different order the WTRU comprising: an antenna which is connected to a MBMS receiver; the MBMS receiver to receive MBMS segments of each of the transmission sources; a device for the extraction of the segmentation information associated with the MBMS receiver for receiving the segmentation information which is transmitted with the MBMS segments within the band; anda device for assembling the segments which is connected to the MBMS receiver and the device for the extraction of the segmentation information to using the segmentation information to reassemble the MBMS segments with an output which is configured from the MBMS segments MBMS to generate data.
