PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper resource using method in a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS).

SOLUTION: The present invention includes a radio access network and a method for transmitting MBMS using the channel switching. The channel switching is made between a private channel and a shared/common channel. The invention also includes MBMS reception scheduling to be used by a radio transmitter receiver at the time of receiving a MBMS service from a plurality of transmission sources. The transmission source for transmitting the MBMS service is designed to perform service of data in a different order. In one embodiment segmentation information within a band is used while synchronization information outside the band is used in other embodiment.
