Abstract  Abstract

A method for transmitting a broadcasting signal, the method comprising: encoding data from Physical Layer Conduit, PLP, by means of a coding scheme for low density parity test code, LDPC; constructing a signal frame that includes a preamble and a payload, and transmit the signal frame constructed through at least one radio frequency channel, RF, in which the preamble in the transmitted signal frame includes a first pilot signal, P1, and a second pilot signal, P2, where the PLP data encoded are included in the payload and the second pilot signal, P2, in which the second pilot signal, P2, includes layer 1 signaling information, L1, which identifies the PLP data encoded within the frame of signal and signaling information of layer 2, L2, which includes service information to describe a broadcasting service in the PLP data encoded within the signal frame, ca characterized in that the signaling information of L1 is encoded in data using an error correction decoding scheme that includes a reduction scheme and a perforation scheme, and the first pilot signal, P1, includes a valid part, a cyclic prefix obtained by offset in front of a first part of the valid part, and a cyclic suffix obtained by displacement in front of a second part of the valid part.
