Abstract
A signal transceiving method and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase the error correction capability of bits forming a service and accurately distinguish signal frames. An information generator produces the second pilot signal including a layer 1 information area to which layer 1 information is allocated. A frame builder(130) arranges a PLP(Physical Layer Pipe) in a specific region within the layer 1 information area. Modulators(150a-150r) modulate signal frames. Analog processors(160a-160r) transmit a signal frame to be modulated to an RF(Radio Frequency) channel.
