Abstract  Abstract

The present invention relates to a D2D capable communication method and a transmitting user equipment for transmitting data to a receiving user equipment through a direct link data channel, and using the service of an eNodeB to have resources allocated for the data transmission. For this purpose, the UE transmits scheduling information using the resources of the subframe dedicated to standard uplink communication through the eNodeB to the eNB, rather than using the resource for the subframe dedicated to D2D data transmission. In order for the eNB to distinguish whether the received scheduling request is for allocating a resource for transmitting data through the direct link channel or through the eNB, the UE may transmit identification information related to the scheduling information together with the scheduling information. .
