Abstract  Abstract

The invention relates to a communication method with D2D capability and a transmission user equipment, which transmits data to a receiving user equipment via a direct link data channel, and uses the service of eNodeB so that resources are allocated for transmitting the data. To this end, the UE sends scheduling information to the eNB via the eNodeB using resources of a sub-frame dedicated to standard uplink communication instead of using resources on the sub-frame dedicated to D2D data transmission. In order to allow the eNB to distinguish the received scheduling request for allocating resources for transmitting data via the direct link channel or via the eNB, the UE may also send the scheduling information associated with the scheduling information together with Identification information.
