Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A user equipment for accelerating a change of a high speed downlink shared channel cell is provided to reduce delay and prevent transmission loss of PDU(Packet Data Unit) during a procedure of changing a service providing HS(High Speed)-DSCH(Downlink Shared CHannel) cell. CONSTITUTION: A node B communicates in multiple cells by way of a transceiver(35) communicating through multiple base stations or an antenna(37). A UE(32), which includes a signal processing circuit(45) and an RF circuit(46), is signal-connected with the transceiver(35) by the antenna(37). An RNC(49) communicates with a node B(31) or a node B(61). The node B(61) communicates in one or more cells by way of transceivers(65,66). Each node B can communicate with the adjacent UE(32). A cell is acceptable for handoff. A different cell in the node B(31) described as transceivers(75,76) can communicate with the UE(32) under the control of the RNC(49). Cells communicating through transceivers(35,65,66,75,76) are positioned differently, which provides a wide coverage with respect to a network controlled by the RNC(49). The UE(32) can communicate with a different cell by way of the transceivers(35,65,66,75,76), traversing geographical position.
