Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a receiving device and receiving method in the communication system. Said receiving device comprises the receiving part which receives the data sent as the rearranging bit sequence; the modulating part which modulates the received data. For the bit sequence i1q1q2 the rearranging bit sequence exchanges the position of i1 and q1 with the position of i2 and q2 and inverts the logic value of i1 and q1 or the logic value of i2 and q2 to generate. Before inputting the bit sequence to enter the mapping entity the input bit sequence is modified. The modification of the signal layout is achieved by using the interleaver and the logic bit inverter. The inverter inverts and/or exchanges the position of the signal layout according to the retransmitted signal parameter m. So it can achieve the rearrangement of the layout without utilizing the mapping entity from the parameterized bit to the symbols.
