- A method for synchronized broadcast transmission in a dispersed spectrum communication system (5, 7, 25, 55; 240), the dispersed spectrum communication system comprising at least some transmitters (5, 7; 240) first and second, the method comprising: dispersing (250), by means of the first transmitter, a first information with a first specific dispersion code for the first transmitter (240), the first information being unicast information; and dispersing (245) in a synchronized manner over time, by means of the transmitters at least first and second, broadcast information with a broadcast dispersion code common to the transmitters at least first and second, wherein the broadcast information is the same for transmitters at least first and second; and transmit the broadcast information from the transmitters at least first and second in a time synchronized manner.
