Abstract  Abstract

1. A method for transmitting a pilot signal in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of:! forming a pilot signal of the first level to transmit one level; ! repeating the pilot of the first level on the subbands of the first OFDM symbol; ! repeating with the offset from the pilot signal of the first level of the first OFDM symbol, the pilot signal of the first level on the subbands of the adjacent second OFDM symbol and! transmit the first and second OFDM symbols in a single layer transmission. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, additionally containing stages in which:! generating a second level pilot signal for transmitting two levels; ! repeating with offset from the pilot signal of the first level, the pilot signal of the second level on the subbands of the first OFDM symbol; ! repeat, with offset from the pilot signal of the second level of the first OFDM symbol, the pilot signal of the second level on the subbands of the adjacent second OFDM symbol and! transmit the first and second OFDM symbols in two layer transmission. ! 3. The method according to claim 2, further comprising stages in which:! generating a pilot signal of the third level for transmitting three levels; ! repeating with the offset from the pilot signals of the first and second levels, the pilot signal of the third level on the subbands of the first OFDM symbol; ! repeat, with offset from the pilot signal of the third level of the first OFDM symbol, the pilot signal of the third level on the subbands of the adjacent second OFDM symbol and! transmit the first and second OFDM symbols in the transmission of three layers. ! 4. The method according to claim 3, further comprising stages in which:! forming a pilot signal of the fourth level to transmit four levels; ! repeating with the offset from the pilot signals of the first, second and third levels, the pilot signal of the fourth level
