The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for processing connection admission block in a wireless communication system comprising putting a connection admission in a public data adjusting the time of the sector for sending the connection admission instructing a RCC MAC to initialize the sending power and receiving the instruction by the connection admission of the sending sector.
