Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point to multi-point service in a radio communication system.

SOLUTION: In order that user terminals (UE) 12 1 to N of a user group in a cell within a system receive service data a first service identification is transmitted via a downlink shared control channel 13. All users in the cell are not included in the UE 121 to N of the user group. Each of the UE 121 to N receives the first service identification and monitors a second service identification transmitted via a high speed downlink shared channel (HS-DSCH 16). The service data is transmitted via the HS-DSCH 16 which has the second service identification and each of the UE 121 to N of the user group detects the second service identification and receives the service data of the HS-DSCH 16.
