The invention claims a transmission and receiving of the data signal of a plurality of transmission antennas. Each antenna transmission has a pseudo random chip code sequence of a different preamble signal. A receiver filters each using wafer code of the preamble signal is transmitted before the guide signal. is filtered before being weighted and incorporated. weight of each preamble signal part on the combined signal quality of signal is properly adjusted. A data signal is transmitted such that different spread spectrum of the data signal version is transmitted from each antenna.
