Abstract  Abstract

Systems methods and DEVICES FOR THE TIME distortion IN HIGH BANDWIDTH. In one embodiment one method for processing the signals includes encoding a part of low frecpãência one of the speech signal for less one by the excitation signal of coded narrow band and a plurality of parameters of a narrow band filter and generate one signal when a high bandwidth with a base on one of excitation signal of narrow band. The signal of the narrow band excitation is based in the excitation signal of coded narrow band. The method also includes encoding a part of high frequency signal of the speech for less by a plurality of parameters of a high bandwidth filter according with the less the signal of excited by a high bandwidth. The signal excitation of the encoded narrow band includes a distortion of time and the method includes the application of one movement of the part at a high frequency with base on the distortion of time related information.
