Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a bandwidth extended voice forecast excitation signal method and device of anti-sparseness filtering. A method and apparatus for generating high-frequency with the excitation signal (S120) comprises: generating a spectrum extended signal is based on a spectral signal of coded low frequency with excitation signal (S50) through extension (A400) and based on the encoded signal performing anti-sparseness filtering of low frequency band excitation signal (600). the high frequency with the excitation signal based on the spectrally extended signal and the high frequency band excitation signal based on result of said anti-sparseness filtering.
